I have a 13 week old yorkie pomeranian. This is how we've trained him to go poo. This is different from using the pad. About 10-15 minutes after you feed her, take her outside and keep telling her to go poo poo. When she does, really go crazy and praise her and say YOU WENT POO POO! It really works!
About the wet eye thing, if it's wet in the corners of her eyes than you just wipe it off with a napkin or a tissue. Do this if the wet stuff is small and black. Hope this helps!
