There has been a lot of change in my life and my cat, Oscar, has had to deal with it. He is siamese so he is a bit high-strung already. I've had to travel for my job and now have moved back home to my mom, who has a pomeranian. So, not only does Oscar not have his own space, the dog chases and barks at Oscar daily. In response, Oscar sometimes does not use his litter box and pees and poops on my mother's rugs and floor. Now, he is starting to do it on the potty paper my mom puts out for the dog. He has ruined most of her rugs and the house reeks of cat pee!! What can I do?? I know he is upset, but I don't know what to do to make him feel better.

I have the same problem with my one cat, we moved and now she is peeing all over my new house. I don't know what to do. I have 4 litter boxes, I even leave one empty, but no solution. I have 2 other cats, but they are ok, it is just my one female. Should I cage her? Need Help fast!
