Actually, they are allowed to be tipped. Should they be, it's up to you and if you feel they did a decent enough job to deserve a tip. Speaking as a groomer, they do appreciate them, however, I'm happy enough that someone would be comfortable with me grooming their pet.

I've commonly received anywhere from $1 to $35. With the tip being higher it's usually because they had multiple pets.
