Lost near norwood elementary located in 21222.His name is BEAR .He is 13 yrs old and very friendly. Has skin infection on rear leg and needs medicine. He is 65 lb and black and brown mixed fur.Looks like german shephard but with thicker chow hair. He has a cropped tail. He is wearing his collar but no tags.
