I have two female rats. There names are Shigure and Kisara. They will be a year old this June. Shigure is a black hooded rat and Kisara is a champane hooded/siamese rat.
I have also had two male rats, but they both passed away last year. Their names were Skunk and Peewee. They lived to be two years old. (R.I.P)
Hi! I just got my rat Snuffs! He is black and white, a hooded rat. He is my second rat. My first was when I was a teenager. This little guy responded to me immediately when we first saw each other! He's very sweet.
I recently adopted my first rat- just brought her home today in fact. She is a light blonde and I named her Norma Jean Baker (after Marilyn Monroe, of course) Do you have any advice for new owners? I've read up on them and asked a friend who takes care of rats, but I still appreciate any insight I can receive.
